One of the definition of strength is the quality or state of being strong : capacity for exertion or endurance.
My mantra for this Monday is "to be strong".
My goal this week is to be strong enough to keep up with my US Marine husband, with no complaints. I want to be strong enough to keep on track. It takes strength to keep at something that is hard to for you. It is hard to overcome our weaknesses... It is even harder to maintain the strength to stay the course, work harder, do that one more crunch or run that one more mile. I need strength to stick to my fitness goals. No weekends off, No cake rewards for going to the gym like I should anyway. Here's to strength :-)

here's to strength! you know what's funny, is when i think of strong i think of "rosie the riveter" too. i was actually going to post her picture.
i think i'm going to have to next monday, what a terrific icon for strength!!
my sister's husband is a u.s. marine too. she is an independent, hard-working, career woman who has had to take a backseat to her marine and it's been a rough road for her. giving up her dreams and following her heart. it's an amazing feat and it takes strength every day. my hat is off to both of you, wonderful strong women!!! being a marine wife is the hardest job of all!!!!
